She was also preceded in death by her brother Hans Haeberlein and two sisters Hildegard Haeberlein and Gretel Haeberlein. She is survived by her two loving daughters Ella Burnett and Lloyd of the home, and Nancy Rosita Carson and Rithiphol of Wilmington, NC; five grandchildren that she loved dearly - Joel Brunner and James Brunner, and Claudia Burnett, Lloyd Burnett III, and Christopher Burnett; two great-grandchildren who brought great joy to her life - Sierra Brunner and Kiara Burnett; a dear sister-in-law Elise Haeberlein of Nuernberg, Germany; nephew Erich Haeberlein of Nuernberg, Germany; great-niece Kathrin Haeberlein and great-nephew Stefan Haeberlein of Nuernberg, Germany; and a host of extended family and friends. For the past 16 years she greatly enjoyed living with her daughter, Ella and son-in-law Lloyd, whom she loved as a son. She was a member of First Waughtown Baptist Church in Winston, where she loved her church family and her pastor. She enjoyed cooking for others - especially making Schnitzel and German potato salad. She also had a passion for crocheting and would make beautiful Barbie doll dresses that she would give away to little girls, especially on Christmas at Church. She will be remembered as a most loving and generous soul, who always wanted to take care of everyone. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother "Oma" who loved her family and friends with all her heart and would do anything for them. Her unconditional and genuine love will be greatly missed by all!
