Obituary of Ronald Jones

Ronald Lee Jones, Jr. of Kernersville, North Carolina passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 30, 2012 in the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Jones had been waging a courageous battle against cancer for several months. Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Stacey, and their four children, Amanda, Grayson, Leah, and Ethan. He was born on August 12, 1966 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is the son of Ronald Lee Jones, Sr. and Linda Jones of Greensboro, NC and Nancy R. Jones of Sedalia, Missouri. He is also survived by two sisters; Valori and Jennifer, and one brother, Matthew. Mr. Jones was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and at his passing was serving on the High Council of the High Point, North Carolina Stake. He was the owner and chief executive officer of Symetri, a company specializing in supporting clients in internet marketing. He authored a book entitled, "Keyword Intelligence" which provides marketing professionals with tools to enhance the effectiveness of online marketing. Mr. Jones was active in the Boy Scouts of America since earning his Eagle badge as a teenager. He served in many adult leadership roles in the Old North State Council and was recognized for his commitment to Scouting. A memorial service will be held at 12:00PM on Thursday, July 5th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Colfax, North Carolina, located at Sandy Ridge Road and Market Street. The family will receive friends from 10:30AM-11:45AM prior to the memorial service on Thursday. A graveside service will follow at 2:00PM in the Guilford County Memorial Park Cemetery.
