Obituary of Bernice Heath

Biography Kernersville-Bernice Pilson Heath, 89, passed away October 11, 2012. Friends and family will gather to visit on Saturday October 13, 2012 from 11:00AM until Noon at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in a private ceremony beside her late husband Richard Thomas Heath, Sr., in Oaklawn Cemetery. A native of Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Pearl Kanoy and John Gilbert Pilson. She had worked for a number of years and later retired from Hanes Hosiery. She was a longtime member of Kernersville First Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters Susan H. Loy of Kernersville and Ava H. Smith of Walkertown; son Richard T.
