Obituary of Dairus Eaton

Dairus Billy Eaton, Sr. Dairus Billy Eaton went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2010, at Alamance Regional Hospital. He was the long time proprietor of Bill's Lawnmower Repair. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday August 13, at Brown Summit Baptist Church located at 6000 Summit Ave. in Brown Summit. The internment will be at Guilford Memorial Park in Greensboro. Mr. Eaton was born in Guilford County, on January 13, 1932 to Dairus Branson and Myrtle Anderson Eaton. Mr. Eaton is survived by his wife, Arcola Johnson Eaton, two daughters, Deborah Benjamin, Cathy and Mike Flores of Charlotte; a son, Billy and Jo Eaton; five grandsons, Mickey Wellmon, Dink Eaton, Zack Eaton, Jake Eaton, Cameron Eaton; four granddaughters, Corie and Ben Fortson of Hawaii, Katie Eaton, Alissa and Richard Campbell of Charlotte, Lexi Flores also of Charlotte; many nephews and nieces. Mr. Eaton was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and five sisters. The family will receive friends Thursday August 12, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Service and other times at the residence. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Brown Summit Baptist Church's building Fund.
