Obituary of Hazel Nicewander Beasley

Stokesdale Hazel Mae Nicewander Beasley, 89, passed away November 26, 2011 at Countryside Manor. Hazel was born on July14, 1922 in Bland County to Andrew Jackson and Lelia Blanch Thompson Nicewander. The Funeral Service was held on Monday November 28, 2011 at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home. The interment was at Guilford Memorial Park. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents and her husband William E. Beasley. She is survived by two daughters, Betty (Glenn) Norwood, Nancy (Larry) Underwood; a grandson, Mark (Tara) Osborne; two great grandchildren, Kyle Osborne and Victoria Osborne; two sisters Freeda (Donald) Brookman., Dolly Ann (William) Hart and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Tina Goodpasture of Guilford Neurology for all her help and support, also, to all the workers at Countryside Manor for their help and support given to their mother. Great appreciation is given to Hospice nurse Debbie Page and Tiffany Jackson for the care they gave to Hazel and their support to the family during this difficult time.
