Obituary of Carol Squires

Beloved mother, Carol Stone Foust Squires, 71, of Greensboro, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Moses Cone Hospital. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Chapel, with the Reverend Larry Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mrs. Squires was born February 8, 1941, in Guilford County, to John and Kate Stone. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rachel Crabtree. She is survived by her daughter, Jill Thompson (Larry); sons, Patric Foust (Michelle), Barry Foust, and Toby Foust; sisters, Eloise Blake and Eris Culbreth; brothers, Doug Stone (Nancy) and Harold Stone (Martha); 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
