Obituary of Belle Permar

Mrs. Belle Morgan Permar, 83, of Greensboro died Monday, August 6, 2012, at Moses Cone Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Lee's Chapel United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Carol Williams-Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. Mrs. Permar was born July 18, 1929, in Guilford County, to James and Carrie Morgan. She was raised in Star, North Carolina and graduated from Star High School. She was married to the late James E. Permar Jr. and a member of Lee's Chapel United Methodist Church. Mrs. Permar is survived by her daughter, Teresa K. Bennett and husband Bobby, of Greensboro; sons, James E. Permar III and wife Tammy, of Randleman, Jeff L. Permar, of Reidsville, Gregory V. Permar and wife Kathie, of McLeansville, Victor H. Permar and wife Kandy, of Greensboro; brother, Fred Morgan and wife Dot, of Ramseur; grandchildren, Jennifer Permar, Jeffrey Permar, Carrie Permar, Jacquelyn Sullivan and husband Andrew, and two great-grandchildren, Caleb and Ariel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home, and at other times at the family home.
