Obituary of Gladys Trotter

Mrs. Gladys Elizabeth Kellam Trotter, 83 of Lyman, SC formerly of Greensboro went home on Saturday May 30, 2009 at the residence of her daughter Mary Fulp. Gladys was born in Harnett, NC on October 18, 1925 the daughter of James Henry and Essie Mae Smith Kellam. She was a homemaker and of Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband JC Trotter, Jr. Surviving are two sons, Mike Trotter (Ann) and Ronnie Trotter (Lawana); a daughter Mary Fulp (Johnny); seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three sisters Bessie Oakley, Pat Welchel and Loreen Behling; two brothers James and Bill Kellam. Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday at Rehobeth United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home.
