Obituary of James Turner

Greensboro, NC Mr. James Arthur Turner, 95 of Greensboro passed away Monday January 4, 2010 at Moses Cone Hospital. James was born in Durham, NC on December 8, 1914 the son of William Arthur and Annie Gresham Turner. He was retired from Southern Pacific Railroad. Surviving are his wife Swannie Myrick Turner of the home; a step daughter Mary Lou Moore of Greensboro; five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday January 9, 2010 in the chapel of Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, Boiling Springs, SC.
