Obituary of Steven Scott Munson

Steven Scott Munson, 66, of Winston- Salem passed away on November 22, 2023, at Moses Cone Hospital Greensboro.  A native of Rahway, New Jersey, he was the son of Richard and Betty (Watson) Munson and husband of Laurie Munson.

Steve was employed at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and School in High Point as a Facilities Director. He was an avid NY Giants and Yankees Fan and loved to spend his Saturday nights at Countryside Lanes. He was Mr. Fix- It to everyone who called, and the highlight of his life was being "Pop Pop" to his grandchildren. 

In addition to his loving wife of 34 years, Steven is survived by his daughters; Amanda St. Pierre and husband Tom, Dana Fuller and husband Ryan, grandchildren; Hunter and Mackenzie, mother; Mrs. Betty Lou Munson, sister; Susan Chase and husband Doug and a host of relatives and friends.  

He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Richard Munson, brother, Scott Munson and a sister, Dianne Patton.   

The family will receive friends at Pierce - Jefferson Funeral Service, Kernersville Chapel on Sunday November 26, 2023, from 10am-11am.  Funeral services will be at 11am on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Pierce - Jefferson Funeral Service, Kernersville Chapel with Deacon John Clarke officiating.
