Cleveland S. "Basil" Barnett Sr., 81 of Walkertown, NC, passed away peacefully Monday, June 5,2023 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. He was born May 22,1942 in St. Ann, Jamaica West Indies.

He leaves to cherish his memory 3 sons, 1 daughter, 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters, 2 brothers and a host of  nieces , nephews and other relatives.  

The family will receive friends from10:00 am to 11:00 am Saturday, June 17,2023 at Pierce- Jefferson Funeral Service. The funeral service will begin at 11:00am with entombment following at Gardens of Memory, Walkertown. Arrangements are entrusted to Pierce- Jefferson Funeral Service, Kernersville.
