Since my sister, Karen was diagnosed with her cancer four or five years ago, I’ve talked with her via telephone on a regular basis. We were able to forge a great relationship that I will cherish for the rest of my life. We were able to laugh and cry and I saw first hand the many characteristics she shared with our mother. Karen had a heart of gold, she always put family and friends ahead of herself. She was tough bur sensitive, an artist with a green thumb and fed her birds and wildlife for more than thirty years. We had a lot in common. Karen taught her son Justin, the important and right things in life and set the example by doing. She will be remembered and loved in our hearts forever.
