Obituary of Martha Horne Rivenbark

Martha Horne Rivenbark, 92, of Greensboro passed away February 19, 2023, at Wesley Long Hospital, Greensboro.  A native of Richlands, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Hosea and Mary (Craft) Horne and wife of the late James Rivenbark.
She was a member of Friendly Avenue Baptist Church.

Martha is survived by her loving children; Dr. Jim Rivenbark (Kim), Larry Rivenbark (Traci), and Allison Rivenbark Vail (Tim), grandchildren; Luke, Joe, Eryn, Mandi, Zachary and Jacob, a great grandson, Jaxson and a host of other relatives.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Chris Rivenbark.

The family will receive friends at Pierce- Jefferson Funeral Service Lambeth Chapel, Greensboro on Thursday, February 23, 2023, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.  A graveside service will be at the Horne Family Cemetry in Richlands, NC on Friday, February 24, 2023, at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, those desiring, may make memorial contributions to Make a Wish Foundation or Autism Society of North Carolina.
