Obituary of Carolyn Lee Pinnix Fulp

Carolyn Lee Pinnix Fulp, 79, of Kernersville, NC, passed away peacefully Friday, November 25, 2022.

A native of Forsyth County, NC, Carolyn was the wife of 54 years to the late Donald Moses Fulp and the daughter of Woodrow Wilson Pinnix and Odelle Payne Pinnix, both deceased. Carolyn was a faithful member of Welcome Door Baptist Church, Kernersville, NC.

Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Fulp Brown of Kernersville, NC, and Lisa Fulp Jones and husband, Barry of Belews Creek, NC; son, Alan Bradley Fulp and wife, Sabrena of Lynchburg, VA; grandchildren, Chrissy Brown and husband, John, Matthew Jones and wife, Alison, Stephanie Olivier and husband, Josh,  Leah Dixon and husband, Adam, Kirsten Silver and husband, Brice, and Holly Fulp; great grandchildren, Aubrey Brown, Lily Brown, Liam Jones, Padraig Jones, Quinn Jones, Colt Silver, and Mason Silver; and brother, Dennis Pinnix.

In addition to her husband and parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her daughter, Myra Tucker; and sister, Brenda Willard.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be held 1:00PM Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Welcome Door Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. The family will greet friends from 12:00PM to 1:00PM Thursday prior to the service at the church.
