Obituary of Anita Faye Cook

Anita Faye Cook, 48, passed away on November 3, 2019. She was born March 5, 1971 in Greensboro, NC to the late Thomas Junior Cook and Lucille Dick Cook.

Those left to cherish her memory include mother, Lucille Welborn; daughter, Rhiannah Locklear; son, Zachary Friddle; and grandson, Colt Cardwell. On her father’s side, she is survived by siblings, Johnny & wife Debra Cook, Gary & wife Rhonda Cook, Mark & wife Betty Michael, and Donna Cook & fiancé Ricky; 4 nieces, 4 nephews, and 14 great nieces and nephews. On her mother’s side, she is survived by siblings, Debbie Inman, Randy & wife Sandy Inman, Donna & husband Mike Baynes, and Brenda Inman; 3 nieces, 2 nephews, and 5 great nieces and nephews.

Anita loved all her family & friends.
