I am so glad to have known Faye and Paul during my 5 years as organist at Love's UMC. Faye was a sweetheart, and a strong woman, who loved our music and who will be truly missed. Paul, you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May we all be blessed with fond memories of Faye, and look forward to the time when we are reunited on God's Golden Shore!

I just wanted to express my deepest sorrow for your loss. I know it's so hard parting ways with our dear loved ones. No doubt this is a very difficult for you all, but please draw comfort from the fact that our Heavenly Father has promised to make death "no more", here on Earth, and also to bring back our loved ones that have already "fallen asleep" so that we have the chance to be reunited with them (2Cor 1:3,4 Rev 21:3,4 John 5:28,29 & 1Thess 4:14). Again, please accept my condolences

So sorry to hear of Faye's,(Moma Faye), passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you (Papa Paul), and the whole family. She was such a pleasure to be with and I will remember all the times we had in my younger years with raising my own children. She just took me in as one of her own and blessed me in so many ways. Much love to you and the family, Betty.

I knew Faye professionally, working with her at the Sawtooth Center, on many events. She was a wonderful, delightful and kind lady. She was always a joy to be with. That was a long while ago. Keeping her family close to my heart at this sad time. Her families' love for her exudes in your words. Happy and blessed to have known her.

My deepest sympathy to Paul and the Gilgo Family. I worked with Faye at the Sawtooth Building during the 1990s when I worked for Associated Artists of Winston-Salem, one of the building's tenants. An extremely hard worker, Faye was always friendly and professional. Sue

To the Gilgo Family:
I'm another one of the thousands of people whose life Faye touched in such a positive way. I was fortunate enough to have many encounters with Faye when she served at, no she RAN the Sawtooth Center. She helped me plan many events there over the years, and always went out of her way to make sure everything was just perfect. Our community was blessed to have her there. I know that she spent many an overtime hour at that building, and we thank you for sharing this great woman with us.
Our community has lost a true local celebrity. You will all be in our thoughts an prayers.

Faye and Paul Have always remained very special to the Sumerford family. Say was my Sunday school teacher and also I felt she was a trusted friend. Both Faye and Paul supported our family Especially our mother, when my father died in 1973. Although I have not seen either Faye or Paul many years they will always hold a special place for our family. She had a very special personality it was well loved.
Rest In Peace Faye.

Our sincere sympathy to Paul in the loss of your wife and to the family. Larry and I were privileged to know Fay. She always met us with a smile and a compassionate spirit. We will truly miss her; but, we will all see her again in heaven, rejoicing and walking on streets of gold. God bless you, Larry and Louise Midkiff of Kernersville, NC
