Obituary of Paula Cook
Kernersville-Paula Alfreda Cook, 64, went home to be with her Lord March 31, 2012.
A Celebration Service to remember and honor her life will be held Saturday afternoon April 7, 2012 at the home of her nephew David Speece 2849 Madison Grove Road in Greenville, NC.
A native of Hamilton County, New York, Paula was the daughter of the late Molly Elizabeth Bridger and Damon Charles Cook. She had lived most of her life in Speculator, New York before moving to Greenville and later Kernersville to be closer to her son.
Love one another, and we have nothing to fear but fear itself.
In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by two nephews Heath Allen Speece and Matthew Joseph Rajca.
Survivors include her son Damon Charles Cook, II and his wife Maggie of Kernersville; a grandson Asher Thomas Cook and she had so looked forward to his arrival in July; sister Vivian Cook of Greenville; brothers Jerry Cook and Roxanne of Lake Pleasant, NY, and Norman Cook and Barbara of Schenectady, NY; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
