Obituary of Margaret Marine

Kernersville-Margaret Bunn Marine, 71, went home to be with her Lord April 5, 2012. Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 2:00PM Monday April 9, 2012 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Pope officiating. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters. A native of Davidson County, Margaret was the daughter of the late Lydia Farrington and McCollum Phifer Bunn. She was a member of Berean Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, and also sang Gospel Music as part of a trio. She was a seamstress and a homemaker. She truly loved her Lord. Survivors include her husband James R. Marine of the home; daughters Debbie Berrier Isley of Midway, and Julie Berrier of High Rock Lake; step-daughters Donna Norris of Kernersville and Lesa Norris of Clemmons; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; The family will visit with friends from 4-6PM Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
