Obituary of Michael Marshall

Walkertown-Mike W. Marshall, 60, went home to be with his Lord August 10, 2012. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 2:30PM Sunday August 12, 2012 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park in Winston-Salem. A native of Forsyth County, Mike was the son of the late Robert William Marshall and Flora Victoria Shoaf Marshall. He had served in the US Army Reserves for six years and had most recently been employed with Wal Mart. He was a member of Freeman Street Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years Gloria Ann Kelley Marshall of the home; sister Barbara Huffman of Winston-Salem; aunt Mabel Cameron; nephew Tim, and nieces Debbie, Crystal, Sandy and Bobbie Jo.
