Obituary of Chuck Davis IV

Belews Creek-Robert Charles “Chuck” Davis IV, 55, passed away following a lengthy illness Monday, August 13, 2012. A Celebration of his life will be held 11:00AM Saturday, August 18, 2012 at First Christian Church in Kernersville. Chuck was the son of the late Nancy Patricia Burnett and Delbert Allen Davis who survives. He was a 1975 graduate of East Forsyth High School and was the co-owner of Mid-State Plumbing Supply, Inc., Kernersville. Survivors include his wife Nancy Hale Davis of the home; sons Robert Charles “Charlie” Davis and William Patrick Davis both of the home; father Deb Davis and Margean of Kernersville; sisters Debbie Franks (Steve) of Atlanta, GA, Sunni Lauten (Mike) of Kernersville, and Beth Davenport (Ed) of Denver, NC; brother Tom Davis (Dawn) of Trinity, FL; he also had numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
