Obituary of Tammy Belinda Plecha

Mrs. Tammy Belinda Plecha, 65, of Kernersville passed away on May 5, 2023 at her home in Kernersville, North Carolina. Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James and Stella (Vomocil) Sempirek and wife of the late Ronald Plecha. Tammy's happy place was definitely the ocean. She, Ron, and her family members loved going to Myrtle Beach, The Outer Banks, Virginia Beach, and Assateague Island. While at the ocean her passion was to hunt for shark teeth and seashells. She also loved spending her ocean evenings sitting on the balcony, conversing with family, while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean under the stars. Tammy also took great pride in her home. She loved landscaping her yard and cultivating trees, bushes, and flowers. It was her pride and joy. Tammy is survived by her children, Shannon Wroblewski and husband, Jeff, of Sterling Heights, MI., Kristen C. Carey and husband, John, of Manassas, VA., and Kennedy L. Manuguerra and husband, Justin, of Sterling Heights, MI.; her grandchildren, Rebekah A. Wroblewski, Rachel H. Wroblewski, Jeffrey C. Wroblewski, Maria R. Manuguerra, Nina C. Manuguerra, Nicholas R. Manuguerra, Jessica E. Yeater, and Emily L. Yeater; her stepmother, Virginia Grimm Plecha; her sister-in-law, Helen Poturich; her brother-in-laws, Dan "Butch" Plecha and wife, Barb, and Walter Plecha Jr. and wife, Sue; and her beloved Yorkie, Cinnamon. In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Plecha; As of this time, there will be no memorial services held at the request of the family.
