Mark was born in Waterbury, Connecticut and grew up in Watertown, Connecticut most of his life.

He graduated W. F. Kaynor Regional Technical Vocational High School in Waterbury, Connecticut.

He worked several odd jobs during a brief stay in Wolcott, Connecticut until relocating to North Carolina to work under his uncle in the insurance adjuster business.

Mark was known to always make people have fun and laugh in his presence. He was deeply loved by all his friends and family and was a joy to be around. This is shared by everyone that he had come in contact with through all the joyful years of his short life.

He passed away due to a tragic overdose in a sober living house during his long battle with mental illness and drug addiction. The family is letting you know this detail so you can be aware that this can hit home at any time. All we ask is to support these type of programs and pray for Mark and all the people still struggling with mental illness and drug addiction.

Rest in peace Mark.
