Obituary of Thelma Joyce Coleman Davis

Thelma Joyce Coleman Davis, 77, of Kernersville, NC, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 26, 2022.

A native of Guilford County, NC, Joyce was the wife of Billy Ray Davis and the daughter of Houston Gordon Coleman and Thelma McDaniel Coleman, both deceased.

Survivors include her husband, Blly Ray Davis; son, Johnnie Keith Coleman, Jr. of Belews Creek, NC; step-son, Scott Davis and wife, Marcy of Greensboro, NC; grandson, Mason Davis; brother, Marvin Coleman and wife, Hazel of Greensboro, NC; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by three brothers, Leonard Coleman, Howard Coleman, and Billy Coleman, and two sisters, Virginia Webster, and Marie Snyder.

A graveside funeral service celebrating her life will be held 2:00PM Monday, December 5, 2022 at Westminster Gardens, 3601 Whitehurst Road, Greensboro, NC 27410, with Rev. Steve Roberson officiating.
