Obituary of Philomena Moran Hanlon

Philomena Moran Hanlon, 90, of Kernersville, NC, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 9, 2022.

A native of Ireland, Philomena was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Elizabeth McManus Moran; son, Bernard Hanlon; and brothers, Terence and Gerald Moran.

Survivors include her children, Kathleen and Larry Ingram and their son Jonathan Ingram, and Maureen Scavuzzo and her daughter Julie Scavuzzo; sisters, Kathleen O’Connell, Bernadette Gebhart and Carmel Kelly. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 2 PM Monday, October 17, 2022 at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kernersville, NC. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium.
