Obituary of Christine Moore Williams

Christine Moore Williams, 77, closed her eyes on July 25^th, 2022 and went to meet our Lord surrounded by her loving family in her final moments.

Christine was born January 30^th, 1945 in Greensboro, N.C. Christine was a lifelong member of Newlyn St. United Methodist Church. Strong in her faith, she raised her children and grandchildren to love our Lord as she did, and to always be kind and considerate to all others. Christine loved doing arts and crafts, and was a master at Solitaire. She was always helping anyone, no matter what. Christine worked for Guilford County Schools for 32 long years.

She is survived by her husband of 58 wonderful years, Douglas Williams; son, Wayne and wife Marjorie Williams; daughter, Deanna and husband Chuck McIntyre; brother; Earl and wife Jeanie Moore; grandson, Dallas Williams; 8 other grandchildren; and 10 precious great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Tom and Frances Moore, Christine is also preceded in death by her son, Douglas F. Williams, and grandson, Skylar Williams.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 2:00PM Monday, August, 1st, 2022 at Newlyn Street United Methodist Church. A public visitation will be held prior from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Newlyn Street United Methodist Church. Interment will follow the service at Lakeview Memorial Park.

She will forever be missed. We love you always.
