Obituary of Mildred Elizabeth Holder Bruce

Mrs. Mildred Elizabeth Holder Bruce, 94, of Kernersville, NC passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 17, 2022.

A native of Forsyth County, NC, Mildred was the wife of the late Norman Gray Bruce and the daughter of Ellery Matthew Holder and Pearl Elizabeth Libes Holder, both deceased.

Survivors include her sons, Richard Norman Bruce and wife, Levora of Union Grove, NC, and David Gray Bruce of Beaufort, NC; grandchildren, Conan Richard Bruce, Joshua Gray Bruce and wife, Autumn, and Christina Bruce Lopez and husband, David; great grandchildren, Mary, Makenna, Michelle, Abigail, Ava, Adelyne, Aiden, Alistair, Ian; and brother, Ellery Eugene Holder.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Teresa Lynn Bruce.

A cryptside service celebrating her life will be held 12:00PM Thursday, July 21, 2022 at the Eastlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum, Kernersville, NC with her son, David Bruce officiating.
