Obituary of William Victor McMickle, Jr.

William Victor McMickle, Jr "Papaw" was born on February 12^th, 1963 and went home to the Lord on September 17^th, 2021. He had the best jokes and could always put a smile on your face. He was always first to lend a helping hand to anybody in need.

William loved fishing, working on cars, and spending time with his family. You could always catch William sitting on his porch enjoying the day in his free time. If he was not sitting on the porch, you could find him laying in front of his stereo listening to music.

He was reunited in heaven with his father William Victor McMickle, mother Barbara Ann Fletcher. Left to cherish his memory are brother Richard McMickle, son Taylor McMickle, daughter Paige McMickle, son Robert Thomas, daughter Ashley Ivester. Grandson Joshua Thomas, granddaughter Savannah Thomas, granddaughter Selena Ivester, and grandson Dominic Ian. William also leaves behind other extended family and many friends.

The family will be accepting visitors at Pierce Jefferson Funeral Home, 213 W. Mountain Street, Kernersville, NC 27284 at 10:30 am.
