Obituary of Garland David Solomon

Garland “Jim” David Solomon, 81, went home to be with his Lord January 25, 2021. 

Cryptside Funeral Services to celebrate his life will be held 11:00AM Friday, January 29, 2021 at Lakeview Memorial Park with Pastor Tommy Bowling officiating.  

A native of Danville, Virginia, Jim was the son of the late Nellie M. Vanstory Solomon and James Ernest Solomon. He was a member of the Andrews Memorial Baptist Church.  

Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Judy E. Solomon of the home; son, David Solomon of Greensboro; grandchildren, Kiara Lamb and Robert of High Point, Katrina Solomon of Greensboro, and Kimberly Solomon of Michigan; and a host of nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
